Throughout the many stages of a woman’s life—early adulthood, fertility and cycle challenges, pregnancy, postpartum shifts, and the changing demands of parenting—I help you understand your patterns, reduce stress, and build confidence in your ability to navigate each transition with clarity and stability.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. It’s a collaborative, flexible approach that meets you where you are and helps you move toward where you want to be — with clarity, calm, and confidence. 

Session may include elements of hypnotherapy, CBT, coaching and counselling skills to meet you where you need to be.

Parenting Support

Fertility Support

Trying to conceive a baby is a big milestone — and it can come with a mix of physical and emotional challenges.

Hypnotherapy can gently support conception by reducing stress and anxiety, which may help balance hormones, improve emotional wellbeing, and create more favorable conditions for fertility.

Through calming, one-on-one sessions, we’ll work together to help you feel more like you again — with tools to manage symptoms and reconnect with your sense of self. All sessions are face to face in a calming, home from home environment.

What to expect from your session

  • We begin with a gentle and thorough conversation about your goals, health history, and any physical or emotional symptoms you’d like support with. This is a space where your story is heard, without judgment. Together, we’ll identify the patterns, stressors, and beliefs that may be influencing your well-being.

  • Because no two bodies or experiences are the same, each session is tailored to your needs. We may explore:

    • Hormone-related stress patterns

    • Fertility or menstrual cycle support

    • Emotional release and trauma-informed healing

    • Sleep, anxiety, and stress reduction

    • Chronic pain or tension patterns

    • Birth preparation or postpartum recovery

    Recommendations may include lifestyle or mind-body practices to support your healing process between sessions.

  • You’ll be guided into a calm, focused state where your mind is more open to positive change. In this deeply relaxed state, we work with:

    • Releasing old emotional imprints

    • Reshaping limiting beliefs

    • Strengthening inner resources and resilience

    • Cultivating trust in your body

    • Supporting healthy physiological responses

    You remain aware, in control, and able to communicate at any time.

  • Integrative Somatic Tools

    Sessions may incorporate:

    • Breathwork and grounding practices

    • Gentle nervous-system regulation

    • Visualization and guided imagery

    • Cognitive reframing and mind-body awareness

    These tools help reinforce new patterns and create shifts that feel sustainable.

  • We end each session with time to reflect on insights, sensations, and shifts that surfaced. You’ll receive practical tools, affirmations, or personalized exercises to continue the work between sessions, helping you feel supported and empowered throughout your therapeutic journey.

Trying to conceive can be an emotional and sometimes overwhelming journey. Whether you are hoping to conceive naturally or preparing for IVF treatment, hypnotherapy can provide powerful support for both your mind and body during this time.

Pregnancy Hypnotherapy

Supporting emotional wellbeing throughout pregnancy. Pregnancy brings physical changes as well as emotional ones. Pregnancy hypnotherapy can help you feel calmer, more balanced, and more connected to your body and baby during this time.

Antenatal/Hypnobirthing Coaching

A two hour antenatal session of practical and emotional preparation for birth and early parenthood.

Hypnobirthing teaches relaxation, breathing, and mindset techniques that can support a calmer and more confident birth experience.

Postnatal Birth Reflection

A 1.5 hour session to help you make sense of your birth experience. These sessions are not about judging your birth experience, but about helping you feel heard, understood, and supported.

Miscarriage and Loss Therapy

A 1 hour therapy session for anyone affected by miscarriage or baby loss, offering compassionate, gentle support at this time of grief and loss.

Parenting Therapy

A 1 hour therapy session to support for the mental load of modern parenting. Parenting therapy provides space to unpack this pressure, understand what you are carrying, and find ways to lighten the load.
