How my journey began
About Me
I’m a clinical integrative therapist, and I’ve been working with women since 2012, shortly after moving to Warwickshire with my young family. Before that, I worked in the corporate world, where I saw how stress can creep in and quietly take a toll on both mental and physical health. Becoming a mum made me even more aware of how much we carry — emotionally and physically — and led me to specialise in fertility, pregnancy and birth, which felt like a natural fit.
As the years have passed, so has the focus of my work. I’ve continued to support women through fertility and pregnancy, but I also work with those navigating other stages of life — early parenting, teenage transitions and navigating empty nest. I have a special interest in supporting parents whose children may be going through a SEN Diagnosis such as autism or ADHD, or perhaps exploring neurodiversity themselves later in life.
I’ve shaped my services around what I know women need at this stage — not just to get by, but to feel more like themselves again.
